We stand behind all of our direct-hire placements with an exclusive 30-day unconditional guarantee and an extended 100-day replacement guarantee, one of the most competitive in the business.

• Exclusive 30-Day Direct-Hire Guarantee: We provide a 100% guarantee on all candidates placed in direct-hire jobs during the first 30 calendar days of employment. If employment is terminated for any reason during this period, employee placement fees will not be charged. If the fee has already been paid, you will receive a full refund or replacement credit.
• Extended 100-Day Direct-Hire Guarantee: If the candidate is terminated for good cause or resigns during the first 100 days of direct-hire employment, our IT staffing professionals will credit your placement fee toward a replacement search if notified within five days of termination or resignation. Any days remaining on the 100-day guarantee will be applied to the second placement. If Eastridge InfoTech is unable to fill the position within 45 days, a portion of your placement fee will be refunded. This guarantee does not apply in the case of layoffs, restructuring, downsizing or elimination of the position.
