Group Discount Health Program
Immediately upon the start of an assignment, contract and contract-to-hire W-2 employees may opt to participate in our group discount health program. Benefits include limited medical, dental, vision reimbursement, in-hospital cash benefits and term life with accidental death benefit.
Medical Plan Referrals
In order to help employees establish an individual health insurance plan, Eastridge InfoTech offers referrals to individual medical plans through reputable national carriers, including HMO, PPO and basic hospitalization plans for employees and their families with a choice of deductibles. Dental, vision and life insurance coverage referral is also available.
Individual Medical Insurance Premium Reimbursement
After 90 days of continuous service, W-2 contract employees may be eligible for reimbursement of a portion of their individual medical insurance premium.
401(k) Plan
After 1,000 hours of work in a 12-month period, Eastridge InfoTech's W-2 IT contractors are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan to invest money for retirement. Our contract employees have the option of contributing 1% to 100% of their salary, up to $16,500 in 2009, on a pre-tax basis. We may offer a discretionary of contributions at the end of each calendar year with full vesting after two years. Individual contribution limits vary based on IRS guidelines.
Short-Term Disability and Paid Family Leave
Employees on contract assignment in California, New Jersey and New York participate in a short-term disability program and are provided income if they are unable to work because of a non-work related injury or illness. Paid Family Leave provides income for W-2 employees in California if they are unable to work due to caring for an ill family member.
Membership/Discounts
Employees are eligible for additional benefits, including credit union participation, discount tickets to movie theaters and other attractions, and more. Requests for attraction tickets must be made at least one week in advance to confirm availability for tickets.
Candidate/Client Referral Bonus
Eastridge InfoTech pays bonuses beginning at $250 for each qualifying candidate referral.
