JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop a detailed job description, as well as an assessment of the workplace demographics.

CLIENT ORIENTATION Visit client to meet with principals for thorough orientation on position/candidate specifications, company culture, image and client management style.

RESEARCH
Conduct research to determine and analyze all optimum sources for potential and qualified candidates; analyzing competition, related companies, industries, functions and geographical areas.

SOURCING
Contact sources and prospective candidates; screen and interview candidates who meet criteria established by client. Introduce, to qualified candidates, the opportunity and benefits of exploring an association with the client company.

SCREENING AND INVESTIGATION
Typically, there is a discrepancy between a person’s resume and the reality of a situation. We probe deep for truth in order to determine important information not provided on the resume, such as:

  • Technical proficiency
  • Image
  • Oral/written presentation
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Boardroom presence
  • Communication style
  • Thought processing speed
  • Management style
  • Strength of character
  • Spousal input
  • Salary history
  • Timing of next raise
  • Percentage of raise increases
  • Relocation needs
  • Accurate employment dates

CANDIDATE PRESENTATION
We are locators and evaluators of high-performance professionals. Therefore, we hand select only the top two to three individuals we feel can do the job most effectively for you. Eastridge Infotech presents written profiles of viable candidates to the client in accordance with the timelines. Candidate profiles will include:

  • Summary of accomplishments and strengths
  • Employment history
  • Current compensation
  • Motivation for change

CANDIDATE SELECTION AND INTERVIEWS
When you have made your candidate selection, we will arrange for all telephone interviews and face-to-face meetings.

MEETING DEBRIEF
After all meetings, Eastridge Infotech will debrief, consult with and advise on candidate feedback, both positive and negative, and any objections or problems that might prove stumbling blocks along the way.

REFERENCE CHECKING
Eastridge Infotech will do in-depth written reference checks on all candidates who meet your criteria, and will fax or mail them to your organization as soon as completed with appropriate contact information upon request.

NEGOTIATING THE HIRE

CANDIDATE RESIGNATION
