Contract
When you need additional staff on a short-/long-term basis or for a special project,
Eastridge Infotech can provide qualified contractors who work on our payroll. Many
of our clients are so satisfied with the contract employees we provide that they
choose to hire them as full-time members of their organization. A graduated conversion
charge applies based on hours worked on contract assignment.
Contract-to-Hire
With our contract-to-hire option, the candidate we present works for a specified
period of time on our payroll, allowing you to directly assess their work performance
prior to hire by your organization. This option allows the placement fee to be amortized
over a three- or six-month period, with no additional conversion charge.
Direct-Hire Placement
Eastridge Infotech streamlines your hiring process by providing a select few candidates
whom we believe meet your requirements. All direct-hire candidates undergo our thorough
screening process and are backed by our 100-day guarantee.
